Stamped Idler
Stamped Idlers are produced from two stampings with a formed emboss to nest the bearing. The stamped idler is created by placing the bearing in the formed emboss and fastening the two halves together utilizing either spot welds or TOX® clinch procedure. Bushings can be inserted to accommodate various shaft diameters. The range of pulley diameters can vary. Material thicknesses range from .044” to .075”.
