Spun Steel Pulley
Spun Pulleys are produced on machines with common technologies as the split design. This is also a single thickness design. Diameters range from 4½” to 8½” with the capability of various groove configurations. The design is somewhat different as it requires a blank with the outer diameter having been drawn to create a skirt. The skirt is then compressed inward to form the groove as the blank spins. These pulleys are produced from material thicknesses of .044” minimum to .075” maximum.
